1. Are your products vegan?
Yes, all my glosses, soaps, scrubs, and body butters are vegan & cruelty free.
2. What method is used for shipping?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail signed for to Ensure Safe Delivery.
3. Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Please note that all sales are final and I do not accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Exceptions will only be made if mistakes are on our behalf.
4. I place an order when will it come?
Processing times for orders vary between 2-3 days. Shipping to UK can also takes 3-5 days.

5. If i have a problem with my order how long do I have to contact you?
In a rare situation of a customer having issues with our products I ask that you contact us no longer than 48 hours after receiving the products.
